Shipping Policy

A Shipping Policy comes with a number of benefits for both you and your customers. Some benefits are that people will be more likely to shop with you if you have a clear Shipping Policy in place since there won't be any questions about your shipping timeframes or processes.

Shipping

Once your PC passes our quality assurance checks, we hand it off to our trusted local courier service for delivery.

  • Delivery Timeframe: Most orders are delivered within 24 hours after dispatch.

  • Location: Currently, we ship throughout Dubai and surrounding areas.

  • Packaging: All systems are securely packed with protective materials to ensure safe transit.
     

Returns

We offer a 2-Day Return Window starting from the day your PC is delivered.

  • Returns are only accepted if the system is in original condition, with all packaging, accessories, and cables included.

  • If the return is due to a technical issue or defect, we will work with you to resolve it quickly or issue a replacement if necessary.
     

After this 2-day window, returns are no longer accepted, but warranty support remains active for one full year.

How to Initiate a Return

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact Us: Email our support team at support@digitalalchemy.shop within 2 days of receiving your PC. Please include your order number and a brief description of the issue.

  2. Return Authorization: Our support team will guide you through the return process and provide you with a Return Authorization if applicable.

  3. Prepare the Package: Ensure that the PC is securely packed in its original packaging, including all accessories and cables.

  4. Return Shipping: We will coordinate with our courier service to arrange the pickup of the returned item.

Please note that returns without prior authorization may not be accepted.
